How does SyncProfit get my data?

SyncProfit connects to Shopify and Meta Ads using official OAuth — the same secure method used by major apps. We never store your passwords and you can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.
How accurate is the COGS calculation?

Very accurate. SyncProfit calculates COGS based on real order line items — meaning if a customer orders 2 units of Product A and 1 unit of Product B, we multiply the exact quantities by the cost per unit you set. No estimating or averaging.
Does it show today's ad spend in real time?

Yes! We use Meta's Insights API with an explicit date range that includes today's date, so your current day's spend is always visible. Most tools only show completed days — we show you what you're spending right now.
What Shopify plans does it work with?

SyncProfit works with all Shopify plans including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. As long as you have API access (which all paid plans include), you're good to go.
Do I need to know how to code?

Can I use it without Meta Ads?
